The Duplicate Content Myth
A lot of people here would raise a question that duplicate content is bad and results in a penalty from search engines, You might have seen on few forums people fighting over this issue, We’ll thats a myth and many webmasters have proven it.
You can get articles from article directory or directly from other’s blog directly.
I’ve myself tested this method before writing this report and I’d like to share results with you guys..
I bought a .com domain and chose health as my niche, I took from good RSS links from RSS directories. I decided to go with Adsense and after installing google ads on my blog it was ready, It was updating itself and around 5 articles were being added to the blog everyday.. First two days I got nothing then I started to get impressions and clicks on my google ads, and within a week I was able to make $17 from the blog. $17 in 7 days a’int that bad after all everything is on autopilot! 
Okay, so coming back to our main topic again.. Once you have everything ready you just need to install a good and professional theme to your blog and couple of plugins
1) WP-O-Matic – This is the main plugin, it will help you grab posts from RSS links which you will provide and will post them on your blog! You will have to setup a cron-job in your cpanel for this plugin to work, but if you get stuck you can use Feed Wordpress which will make it more easier.
2) GoCodes – GoCodes is a plugin to redirect common phrases to affiliate links (for example, on a weight loss blog, you could redirect how to lose weight to a product like Fat Loss 4 Idiots) So you can use this to link phrases to your affiliate links
3) Google XML Sitemap – You can use this plugin to make a sitemap of all urls on your blog then submit it to Google Webmaster Tools, so that google can keep a track of all urls in your blog and index them.
Lastly, Change your permlink to common structure /%postname%/ and finally update your .htacess file.
Next step is the ping list and the RSS feed directory submissions.
You can submit your own RSS feed of the blog to a List of 50 RSS Directory so that you can get more traffic and you can get indexed in search engines quickly.

The next resource that you need is a reliable domain name registrar. GoDaddy.com is one of the best registrars around. Not to mention they have great advertising. GoDaddy.com is not the best web host. I’ll tell you whose the best in the next resource tip.

If you want reliable, up-to-date, and flexible hosting then HostGator.com is the domain host for you. I’ve used HostGator.com for two years now and I’ve never had a major problem of any kind with them. If you do have a problem simply get on the phone anytime day or night and give their customer service a call. Their customer service is excellent. HostGator uses the latest versions of PHP, cPanel, and WordPress. Installation of WordPress takes a few clicks of your mouse button.

Once you have WordPress installed you will need to customize the look and feel for your specific needs. The best way to do this is to use find a custom blog theme. You can hire a designer to create one specifically for you. You can find them at SitePoint.com, Forums.DigitalPoint.com, and the WarriorForum.com. Use Google.com to search for premium themes or free themes.

Once you find a theme that you would like to use you will want to use it for more than one blog or simply change a blog’s appearance over time. The easiest way to do this is to change the header.
My favorite FREE resource to do this is XHeader. You can go to XHeader.com and pick up this tool for free. XHeader allows you to create professional looking headers in minutes without having to use expensive graphic design software.

Shelancers.com provides an excellent resource for hiring free lance writers. You can hire writers to create forum posts, blog posts, articles, and even sales page copywriting.

You’re creating these blogs to make money if you are creating a blog strictly for adsense income then you know where to get the information to implement adsense. However, you may want to market affiliate products on some of your blogs. Finding the best affiliate products at ClickBank.com can be a time consuming chore.
The resource you’ll want to use to speed up your research is CBEngine.com. CBEngine.com will allow you to search for ClickBank products based on a wide variety of search criteria that is much more comprehensive than ClickBank.com offers.

Finally you will need a good keyword research tool. Google’s free keyword tool is one that I use quite often. But most of the time I need to do more in-depth research than Google’s tool provides. How to Create and Maintain a Proftable Blog

So you went out, got a nice domain name and set it up on your own personal Cpanel account and installed Wordpress with a few clicks. That’s how much time it takes to setup a blog. Quick, simple and hassle free. Now the hard work begins.
You then go out and hire and gifted Wordpress template designer to design the very best blog template ever. Now that’s a good move because it’s always good to have a unique design to stand out from the crowd. Besides, search engines really hate sites with duplicated designs. It makes the sites too similar. What next?
Once the design is ready, it’s now time to add content for the site. Question is, is it better to create a general blog or a niche blog? Most experienced bloggers would recommend going for the niche blogs. That’s because the audience is definitely more specific, and it’s easier to market the blogs and attract advertisers later on. Online readers hate confusion. They love to scan and have very little patience for confusing blogs, and general blogs have a higher tendency to appear confusing. For these reasons, it makes sense to decide on your niche early so that you can dish out content with depth.
Now that you’ve had your design ready and have decided on your niche, you need to ask yourself how often do you want to update your blog? One of the keys to maintaining a successful blog is to create valuable content on a consistent basis. Why is that so important?
That’s because if you can create useful content on a regular basis, you create a following and people come back repeatedly for your content. It doesn’t really matter if you blog two or five times a week. A few highly successful bloggers I know only post to their blogs one to two times a week. But when they do, it’s almost always killer content.
So if they post only one to two times a week? What do they do with the rest of their time? Well, a lot of time is being spent on researching, coming up with new content for the next blog post, and more importantly, promoting the blogs. It’ll take a book to be comprehensive about blog promotion but here are a few tips.
To ensure that your blog gets a constant stream of traffic, locate as many traffic sources as you can. For example, related forums, the big search engines like MSN, Yahoo and Google, Blog search engines, Blogger communities and so on and so forth. This takes a little bit more time initially but once you get hang of it, it gets easier.
Submit your blog feed to as many search engines as possible and link to other bloggers in your network. Don’t be afraid of visitors leaving your site. If you’ve got killer content, they won’t. In time to come, your blogger friends will return the favor and link back to you. This is one of the most powerful blog promotion strategy because it’s long term, cost very little, and it’s very easy to implement.
Now, that’s how you go about creating and maintaining a highly successful blog. Don’t worry if things tart a little slow in the beginning. Keep writing and promoting your blog, and you’re on your way to blogging success.
