In order to make money on Twitter, you’ll have to place ads. Don’t worry, thier free. All you have to do is post what you want on twitter (limit of 140 characters) and click update. Your message is then sent out to all of your “followers” that happen to be online at that given time. What’s a follower? A follower is simply other twitter users who chose to keep an eye on your messages. They follow your messages. And, in return, you follow thiers. That doesn’t mean you have to read each and every one of them, but it is nice to respond to one of them from time to time. Twitter, being a social network, is likely to provide you with many people from all walks of life who share similar interests as you, so Twitter does have a purpose other than marketing.
